Pastured Berkshire Pork

  • Forested / Pastured All-Natural Pork. USDA inspected and packaged. 
  • At Hidden Holly Farm we have a farrow to finish pork enterprise. What this means to the consumers is that our pork is born on our farm and stays on our farm until harvest day. 
  • We let pigs do what they do best, forage in the woods for that great forest find (Acorns), wallow in the mud and play in the water, eat grasses from the pasture salad bar. We rotate our pigs through our pasture and woods to control land impact and maintain high level sanitary conditions. 
  • Our pigs that are sold for retail are processed at Underground Processing a USDA Inspected facility in Walling TN. 
  • You can also purchase you hog and have it slaughtered at a custom facility of your choice. If you need help transporting your animal to a custom slaughter, we can help.

Pastured Poultry - Chicken & Turkey

  • Pastured Poultry. USDA inspected and packaged. 
  • Chicken that remains juicy while cooking and taste better than conventional chicken.
  • This year we will be raising Cornish Cross Broilers and Heritage Turkeys.
  • All our chickens and turkeys are raised on pasture in our chicken tractors or turkey netting. Chickens and Turkeys were made to forage for their food, eat a diverse diet (bugs and different grasses), live in the sunlight and enjoy a nice breeze, contribute to soil development. and have plenty of space to run around and socialize with other birds. 
  • The feed we use is Non GMO and Soy Free. 
  • Our poultry that is sold for retail are processed at Underground Processing a USDA Inspected facility in Walling, TN.

Pasture Raised Grass Fed Beef

  • All-natural grass-fed beef. USDA Inspected and packaged.
  • All our beef raised at Hidden Holly farm or by one of our CO-OP farms is all grass fed. We continually move our cattle to keep parasite load small and to not over pasture the land. 
  • Hidden Holly Farm beef has never been given steroids or growth hormones. 
  • The beef we sell direct to consumers has never had antibiotics. If we do have a calf that requires antibiotics, we treat the animal and then sell the calf through conventional markets. 
  • Our cattle that are sold for retail are processed at Underground Processing a USDA Inspected facility in Walling TN. 
  • You can also purchase your steer or heifer and have it slaughtered at a custom facility of your choice. If you need help transporting your animal to a custom slaughter, we can help.
